At johnnie-o, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and easy exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive a full refund to your original payment method, or opt for store credit.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your return at our warehouse.
